What is the Raj Police admit card and who gets one?
The raj police admit card is the entry pass for each stage of the Rajasthan Police constable recruitment. Only candidates whose online form was accepted, and who are called for that stage, can download it. No card is posted; it opens on the recruitment portal after an official announcement.

One card per stage
The 2025 notification says the board issues separate admit cards for the OMR written exam and for the physical tests. A card for the written paper will not get you into the PET ground, so download the new card each time a stage is announced.
How you hear about it
The Recruitment and Promotion Board publishes a notice in newspapers and on police.rajasthan.gov.in. It also sends a message to the mobile number and email given in the form. Keep both active until the final merit list is out.
How do you download the hall ticket through SSO Rajasthan?
You download the hall ticket by logging in to SSO Rajasthan with the same ID used to apply, then opening the recruitment portal. The link for the current stage appears there once the board releases it. The whole process takes a few minutes on a phone.
- Open SSO Rajasthan. Go to sso.rajasthan.gov.in in any browser.
- Sign in. Use the SSO ID and password linked to your constable form.
- Open the recruitment portal. Choose it from Citizen Apps (G2C), then open My Recruitment.
- Select the stage. Click the admit card for the written exam or the PET/PST.
- Download and print. Save the PDF and print a clear copy on A4 paper.
Details to check on the card
Read your name, father’s name, roll number, photo, exam centre, date and reporting time. If anything is wrong, contact the helpline before the exam rather than on the day. Carry an original photo ID that matches the card.
When the SSO login fails
A forgotten password can be reset on the SSO page with your registered mobile. If the portal is slow on release day, try early morning. Avoid “admit card download” links on unofficial sites that ask for payment.
What is the Rajasthan police exam date for the 2025 recruitment?
The Rajasthan police exam date for the 2025 constable recruitment was first given as June or July 2025 in the notification. A job listing updated on 10 June 2025 placed the OMR written exam on 19 and 20 July 2025. Confirm any date against the board’s own notice.

| Event | Date |
|---|---|
| Notification no. 1360 issued | 9 April 2025 |
| Online forms open | 28 April 2025 |
| Original last date | 17 May 2025 |
| Correction window | 18 to 20 May 2025 |
| Extended last date | 25 May 2025 |
| OMR written exam (listed) | 19 and 20 July 2025 |
Why dates move
Exam dates depend on centre availability and on other state exams. The board announces each change in a press note, so a date seen on a job site can be out of date. Treat the board’s notice as final.
Dates for later stages
PET, PST and proficiency test dates are announced only after the written result. The notification gives no fixed calendar for them, which is why the physical date usually appears weeks after the written exam.
Rajasthan police ki exam date kaise pata kare?
Rajasthan police ki exam date ka official elaan police.rajasthan.gov.in par press note ke roop mein aata hai, aur akhbaron mein bhi chhapta hai. Saath hi form mein diye gaye mobile number par SMS aur email bhi aata hai. Kisi aur site ki tareekh ko final na maanein.
Website par kahan dekhein
Home page par recruitment section kholiye. Wahan constable bharti ke press notes aur PDF date ke hisaab se lage hote hain. Sabse naya notice sabse upar hota hai, isliye pehle wahi padhiye.
Admit card se bhi pata chalta hai
Jab admit card jaari hota hai, usme exam ki tareekh, shift aur centre likha hota hai. Agar notice aur admit card mein farq dikhe, to helpline par call karke confirm kar lijiye.
What was the last date of Rajasthan police form in 2025?
The last date of Rajasthan police form for the 2025 constable recruitment was 25 May 2025. Forms first opened on 28 April 2025 with a deadline of 17 May, and press note no. 1817 of 15 May 2025 extended it by eight days.
Source: Constable recruitment notification 2025 (DGP Rajasthan, mirrored copy), Date extension press note, 15 May 2025 (mirrored copy). Checked October 2026.Where forms were accepted
Applications were taken online through e-Mitra kiosks, Jan Suvidha Kendras (CSC) and the department website. Every route led to the same portal, recruitment2.rajasthan.gov.in, reached through an SSO login.
Can a late form be accepted?
No. The notification says no offline form will be taken in any situation. Once the window closes, the only route is the next recruitment, so apply a few days early to avoid server rush.
Can you correct the constable form after submitting it?
Yes, but only once and only in the short window the board sets. In 2025 the correction window ran from 18 to 20 May 2025, for a fee of ₹300. Requests made before or after the window were not accepted.
What cannot be changed
The chosen district, unit and post cannot be edited. Any change to other entries is the candidate’s own responsibility, so check the preview line by line before the final submit.
Mistakes that lead to rejection
The notification warns that wrong or incomplete information can lead to rejection at any stage, even after appointment. A mismatch between the form and your certificates is the most common reason candidates are dropped at verification.
How much is the application fee?
The fee is a one-time registration fee paid once through the One Time Registration (OTR) system, not separately for each recruitment. Candidates who already paid it for an earlier form do not pay again. It depends on your category and home state.
| Fee item | Amount |
|---|---|
| General, creamy-layer BC/MBC, outside Rajasthan | ₹600 |
| Rajasthan non-creamy BC/MBC, EWS, SC, ST, TSP, Saharia | ₹400 |
| e-Mitra kiosk service charge | ₹50 |
| Form correction (one time) | ₹300 |
| PST appeal (refunded if you win) | ₹500 |
How to pay
Pay through the OTR option after logging in with your SSO ID, at an e-Mitra kiosk or a Jan Suvidha Kendra. Finish the payment before the last date, since a pending transaction is the candidate’s risk.
Refunds
The notification says fees on rejected forms are not refunded. Only the PST appeal fee comes back, and only if the appeal succeeds.
What does raj police sarkari result mean?
Raj police sarkari result is a search phrase people use for any official result of the Rajasthan Police recruitment, often after seeing it on job news sites. The actual results are published by the Police Headquarters on police.rajasthan.gov.in and on notice boards of each district or unit.
Result stages you will see
Expect a written exam result, a PET/PST result, a proficiency test result for Driver and Band, and a final selection list. Each comes as a PDF with roll numbers, often split district-wise.
Why the search term is popular
Job portals copy press notes quickly and add their own links. That is handy, but the link should always lead back to a police.rajasthan.gov.in PDF. If it does not, the list may be fake or old.
Rajasthan police sarkari results: why the official site comes first
Rajasthan police sarkari results shown on third-party sites can lag, mix years or carry wrong cut-offs. The notification names police.rajasthan.gov.in and district notice boards as the places where results are declared, so those are the only sources to rely on for your status.
Spotting an outdated list
Check the recruitment year and notice number at the top of the PDF. The 2023 and 2025 cycles had different stages and dates, and a list from one cannot tell you anything about the other.
What job sites are good for
They are useful as alerts. Use them to learn that something has been released, then open the official link and download the PDF yourself.
How do you check a police rajasthan gov in result?
To check a police rajasthan gov in result, open police.rajasthan.gov.in, go to the recruitment section, choose the constable recruitment and the stage, then open your district or unit list. Search the PDF for your roll number. No login is needed for the published lists.

Searching a long PDF
District lists can run to many pages. Press Ctrl+F on a computer or use Find in page on a phone, and type your roll number rather than your name, since names repeat.
When your name is missing
First make sure you opened the right district or battalion and the right category list. If it is still missing, read the press note for any separate list, such as one for ex-servicemen or TSP-area candidates.
Rajasthan constable result: which lists are published?
A Rajasthan constable result is published in parts. After the written exam the board lists candidates called for the PET. After physical tests it lists those who qualified, and the final list follows merit, special qualification marks and, for Driver and Band, the proficiency test.
Five times the vacancies
The notification says candidates equal to five times the vacancies, counted post-wise, category-wise and separately for women and men, are declared qualified in the written exam. A good score alone is not enough if the cut-off for your group is higher.
Final selection list
The final list is prepared by merit within each category, following a state government circular of July 2017. A reserved-category candidate who beats the general cut-off still counts against reserved posts if they used a relaxation.
Rajasthan police constable sarkari result at each stage
The Rajasthan police constable sarkari result changes meaning at each stage. A written result means you are called for the physical test; a physical result means you are in the merit race; only the final list and medical fitness lead to appointment.
Written stage
You see your roll number in a qualified list. Marks may be released separately. Use this time to prepare for the run and collect certificates.
Physical and final stage
PET and PST are qualifying only, so they add no marks. The final rank depends on the written score plus special qualification or proficiency marks, as the next sections explain.
What marks do you need to qualify the written paper?
General, EWS, BC and MBC candidates need at least 40% in the written exam, and SC and ST candidates need 36%. Local candidates of the Tribal Sub-Plan area have no minimum. Ex-servicemen get a 5% relaxation on the marks set for their category.
Qualifying is not selection
Passing marks only make you eligible. The actual cut-off depends on how many candidates of your category and gender score above you, because only five times the vacancies go forward.
Negative marking matters
With a quarter mark lost on every wrong answer, guessing can pull a score below 40%. Leave a question blank when you cannot eliminate at least two options.
Who can apply for a Rajasthan constable post?
A Rajasthan constable applicant must be an Indian citizen, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, with Senior Secondary (Class 12) or equivalent passed from a recognised board. For 2025 the candidate also had to have passed the CET (Senior Secondary level) 2024.
Language and local knowledge
The notification asks for working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and of Rajasthani culture. The Rajasthan section of the written paper tests this directly.
Driver posts
Constable Driver applicants need both a valid LMV and HMV licence issued at least one year before 1 January 2026. Without it, a candidate is not allowed into the proficiency test.
What is the age limit for constable posts?
Age was counted on 1 January 2026 for the 2025 recruitment. All applicants had to be born on or before 1 January 2008. Upper limits differ by category and gender, with Driver posts allowing older candidates than General and Band posts.
| Post and category | Born not before (men) | Born not before (women) |
|---|---|---|
| General/Band, General | 2 Jan 2002 | 2 Jan 1997 |
| General/Band, EWS/SC/ST/BC/MBC | 2 Jan 1997 | 2 Jan 1992 |
| Driver, General | 2 Jan 1999 | 2 Jan 1994 |
| Driver, EWS/SC/ST/BC/MBC | 2 Jan 1994 | 2 Jan 1989 |
Other relaxations
Rajasthan government employees and dependants of police staff who died on duty get their own limits, and ex-servicemen have a 1983 cut-off. The notification also grants one year of general relaxation to all applicants.
Marriage and family rules
Candidates with more than two children born on or after 1 June 2002 are not eligible, with stated exceptions. Anyone with more than one living spouse is also barred.
Rajasthan constable bharti 2025: how many posts were advertised?
The Rajasthan constable bharti of 2025 advertised 8,148 posts of Constable General, Driver and Band across districts, commissionerates and battalions. A job listing splits them into 6,939 Non-TSP and 1,209 TSP posts. You apply for one district, unit or battalion only.
Reservation for women
Women get 33% horizontal reservation within each category, and within that 8% for widows and 2% for divorced women. In the newly raised Padmini, Kali Bai and Amrita Devi battalions, half of the posts are reserved for women.
Ex-servicemen and TSP area
Ex-servicemen get 12.5% of posts. In the Tribal Sub-Plan area, 45% of posts go to local Scheduled Tribes and 5% to local Scheduled Castes, with the rest open to local candidates.
What is the selection process for Rajasthan Police constables?
Selection runs in a fixed order: an OMR written exam, a physical efficiency test, a physical standard test, a proficiency test for Driver and Band, special qualification marks, a merit list, a medical test and verification. Band applicants skip the written paper.

Marks that count
Constable General is ranked on 170 marks (150 written plus up to 20 special qualification). Driver is ranked on 180 marks (150 written plus a 30-mark proficiency test). Band is ranked on the 30-mark proficiency test alone.
What changed from 2023
In the 2023 cycle the physical test came first and the computer-based test later. The 2025 rules put the written exam first, so only shortlisted candidates now run.
What is the written exam pattern?
The written exam is an OMR-based paper of 150 objective questions for 150 marks, with 2 hours to finish. Each wrong answer costs 25% of that question’s mark. The paper has three parts, covering reasoning and computers, general studies and Rajasthan.

| Part | Topics | Questions |
|---|---|---|
| A | Reasoning, logical ability, general maths, basic computer knowledge | 60 |
| B | General knowledge, science, current affairs, rights of women and children, state schemes | 45 |
| C | Rajasthan history, culture, art, geography, polity and economy | 45 |
Preparing for Part C
Rajasthan general knowledge carries 45 marks. Focus on district facts, folk culture, forts and current state schemes, as these are tested directly.
Answer key objections
The board says objections to questions will be invited after the paper through a separate notice. Keep a copy of your responses if a candidate copy is allowed.
Rajasthan police physical date: when is the PET held?
The Rajasthan police physical date is fixed only after the written result, because only shortlisted candidates take the PET. The board announces the schedule in a press note and releases a separate admit card. There is no fixed month in the notification.
Medical note before the run
Before the PET you must hand in a certificate from a government medical officer saying you are fit to run. Without it you may not be allowed to start.
Pregnant candidates
A pregnant candidate who qualifies the written exam can ask, with medical proof, to take the PET later. The post is held for her, and she must appear within six months of the delivery date.
How fast must you run in the PET?
Everyone runs 5 km. Men must finish in 25 minutes and women in 35 minutes. Ex-servicemen and Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe candidates of the Tribal Sub-Plan area get 30 minutes. The run is qualifying only and adds no marks.

Only one attempt
The notification says the run is allowed only once, and there is no appeal against it. Train at your target pace on a measured track well before the date.
Missing the time limit
A candidate who does not finish within the time is treated as unqualified and dropped from the rest of the process, whatever the written score.
What height, chest and weight does the PST need?
The physical standard test measures height, chest for men and weight for women. In the general area men need 168 cm and a chest of 81 cm expanding to 86 cm; women need 152 cm and 47.5 kg. Lower standards apply to the Saharia tribe of Baran district.
| Standard | Men, general area | Women, general area | Saharia (Baran) men | Saharia (Baran) women |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum height | 168 cm | 152 cm | 160 cm | 145 cm |
| Chest (men only) | 81 cm, 86 cm expanded | Not required | 74 cm, 79 cm expanded | Not required |
| Minimum weight (women only) | Not required | 47.5 kg | Not required | 43 kg |
Appealing a PST result
A candidate who fails the PST can appeal the same day by paying a ₹500 cash fee. A medical board, including a woman doctor, a surgeon and a bone specialist, measures again, and its finding is final.
Hill and tribal areas
Candidates from hill and tribal areas may get relaxed standards under the Rajasthan Police Subordinate Service Rules, 1989. Read the rule cited in your notification before assuming you qualify.
What is the proficiency test for Driver and Band posts?
Driver and Band applicants who clear the physical tests sit a 30-mark proficiency test. To pass, General, EWS, BC and MBC candidates need 40%, SC and ST 36%, local SC/ST of the TSP area 30% and Saharia candidates 25%.
Driving test
The Driver test checks real handling of police vehicles. The licence condition is strict: no valid LMV and HMV licence dated at least a year before 1 January 2026 means no test.
Band test
Band applicants skip the written paper, so the proficiency score alone decides their merit. Practise on the instrument named in your application.
How do special qualification marks work?
Constable General candidates can earn up to 20 extra marks for NCC certificates, Home Guard service or police-related degrees. Only the two best of the three categories count. Proof must be shown in original at the PET/PST.
The marks table
NCC C, B and A certificates earn 10, 8 and 6 marks. Home Guard service of 3, 2 and 1 continuous years earns the same. An MA or MSc in criminology or cyber security earns 10, a degree with police administration or law 8, and a diploma 6.
Who does not get them
Driver and Band candidates do not receive special qualification marks; their extra marks come from the proficiency test instead.
What happens at the medical and verification stage?
After the merit list, selected candidates are examined by a state medical board, and their documents and character are verified. Only candidates found fit and cleared are appointed. A candidate with a curable condition can be re-examined within six months.

Vision and fitness standards
Near vision of J1 and J2 and distant vision of 6/6 and 6/9 are required, with or without glasses. Knock-knee, varicose veins, squint, night or colour blindness, stammering, flat foot and hernia lead to rejection.
Character verification
Pending criminal cases must be declared in the form. A police character check follows selection; a PCC Rajasthan guide explains how a police clearance certificate works for other purposes.
Rajasthan police constable pay level and probation salary
The Rajasthan police constable pay level is Level 5 of the Seventh Pay Commission pay matrix. A new constable first spends two years as a probationer-trainee on a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹14,600 and moves to the regular Level 5 pay after that.
What the fixed pay means
During probation the trainee gets the fixed amount, not the full pay-matrix salary. Allowances and later increments follow state rules once the regular scale starts.
Checking current figures
Pay rates change with state orders. Read the salary clause of the notification you apply under, since it is the binding document for that recruitment.
How did the 2023 constable recruitment run?
The 2023 recruitment advertised 3,578 posts and took applications from 7 to 27 August 2023. Unlike 2025, it began with the physical test in December 2023, then held a computer-based test in June 2024, with a final result in October 2024.
| Stage (2023 cycle) | Date |
|---|---|
| Applications | 7 to 27 August 2023 |
| PET/PST | 27 to 30 December 2023 |
| PET/PST result | 27 February 2024 |
| Computer-based test | 13 and 14 June 2024 |
| CBT result | 3 September 2024 |
| Proficiency test | 23 to 25 September 2024 |
| Final result | 5 October 2024 |
Why this cycle matters
Its cut-offs and timelines help you estimate how long a cycle takes: roughly 14 months from form to final list in 2023.
Old admit card links
The 2023 CBT admit card used a separate exam-agency login. Do not reuse that route for 2025, which uses SSO.
Where can you find the raj police constable result 2018?
The raj police constable result 2018 belongs to a recruitment of 13,142 posts with forms from 25 May to 14 June 2018. Its written exam was on 14 and 15 July 2018, and physical tests began on 20 August 2018.
Getting old lists
Old results stay in the archive of the recruitment section on police.rajasthan.gov.in. Some older PDFs may have been moved, so search by year and notice number.
Is an old result valid now?
No. A 2018 score cannot be carried into a new recruitment. Each cycle has its own exam, merit list and age date.
Is a new constable recruitment coming in 2026?
As of 30 October 2026 we found no official notification for a new constable recruitment. Exam-coaching sites describe a 2026 recruitment as expected, but their post counts conflict. Watch police.rajasthan.gov.in for an official notice.
What to do meanwhile
Keep your SSO ID active, your OTR details current and your CET qualification valid. The 2025 form required a CET (Senior Secondary) pass, so check whether a newer CET is needed.
Beware of fake vacancies
Messages promising constable jobs for a payment are scams. The state never charges anything beyond the published fee.
What does a police help desk do?
A police help desk is a counter or line set up to handle questions without a formal complaint. For the constable recruitment, the board ran an online application help desk on 9352323625 and [email protected], plus the e-Mitra helpline 0141-2922241.

Recruitment help desk
Use it for login, payment or form errors. Give your application number and SSO ID when you call. The notification prints a second mobile number in two different ways, so we do not list it.
Help desks at police stations
Many police stations keep a reception or help desk to take complaints and guide visitors. For an online first report, our online FIR Rajasthan guide covers the steps.
Police emergency: which number should you dial?
In any police emergency, dial 112. It is India’s single emergency number and connects police, fire and ambulance help. The older police number 100 is still listed, but 112 is the one to remember for any danger to life or property.

What to say on the call
Give your exact location, a landmark, what is happening and whether anyone is hurt. Stay on the line until the operator ends the call.
When not to call
Do not use emergency lines for recruitment questions, traffic fines or routine paperwork. Those have their own helplines and portals.
Which police help line numbers should every phone have?
Save a short set of police help line numbers: 112 for emergencies, 100 for police, 181 for women, 1098 for children and 1930 for cyber fraud. Each one routes to trained staff who can dispatch help or register a report.
- 112: single emergency number for police, fire and ambulance
- 100: police; 101: fire; 108: ambulance
- 181: women helpline; 1098: child helpline
- 1930: cyber fraud and online crime
Cyber fraud first
If money leaves your account in a scam, call 1930 quickly and report it on cybercrime.gov.in. Fast reporting gives the bank more time to act.
Women and children
The 181 and 1098 lines take calls about harassment, abuse and children in danger. In immediate danger, 112 remains the fastest route.
What is the police call no to dial from a mobile?
The police call no from any mobile in India is 112, the single emergency number, with 100 listed as the police number. Both are short codes that work across the country. For non-urgent matters, call your local police station instead of these lines.
Calling from a locked phone
Many phones let you place an emergency call from the lock screen. Learn where the emergency call button is on your handset before you need it.
Messaging and apps
Calling is the surest route. If you plan to use any app or SMS alert service, check on your state police website that it covers Rajasthan before relying on it.
Where do you find a local police phone no?
A local police phone no is listed on the state police website, usually under police stations or district pages. District police and commissionerate sites also list station numbers. For control room details, our police control room number guide explains how to reach one.
Using the station number
Call the station for non-urgent issues such as lost documents, noise complaints or verification queries. Note the officer’s name and the time of your call.
National reference
For a short list of the main short codes across India, see what is the number of police.
What is a police help centre?
A police help centre is a public-facing unit, such as a station reception, women’s help desk or city facilitation centre, where people can report problems and get guidance. Large cities run several, often near markets and transport hubs.
What you can do there
You can report a lost item, ask about verification, get a complaint written down or ask where to go next. Bring an ID and any proof you have.
Not the same as a station
A help centre may forward your matter to the police station with jurisdiction. Ask for a receipt or diary number so you can follow up.
How can you get police help without visiting a station?
You can get police help by phone, online portals or apps. Call 112 in an emergency, use cybercrime.gov.in for online fraud, and use your state police website for complaints or service requests. Keep screenshots and reference numbers of every report.
Written complaints
When a call is not enough, put the complaint in writing. Our police complaint number page sets out the main routes to register one.
Traffic matters
Questions about fines on your vehicle are handled by traffic police, not emergency lines. See Rajasthan police challan for checking and paying them.
Online police complaint Jaipur: what are your options?
For an online police complaint Jaipur residents can use the Rajasthan Police website, which covers the Jaipur Police Commissionerate, or the national cybercrime portal for online fraud. Serious offences need an FIR, which can also be started online for some matters.
Cyber cases in Jaipur
Report online fraud on cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930. The case is routed to the right police unit in Jaipur.
Following up
Keep the complaint number. If nothing happens, approach the station house officer, then a senior officer of the commissionerate, with your copy.
How do you check Kolkata police pending cases?
Kolkata police pending cases usually means unpaid traffic cases against a vehicle in Kolkata. These can be checked and paid online through the Kolkata Traffic Police website or the national e-Challan portal. Our Kolkata traffic case guide covers the steps.
Offline payment
Pending fines can also be paid at Kolkata Traffic Police headquarters, a traffic guard office or to an on-duty officer with a card machine.
Criminal cases are different
Pending criminal cases are court matters, not traffic fines. Ask the police station concerned or a lawyer; the Lalbazar police station page covers Kolkata Police headquarters.
What does RJ list mean?
RJ list most often means the list of Rajasthan vehicle registration codes, where RJ is the state’s prefix and the two digits name the transport office. The codes run from RJ 01 Ajmer onwards. Our RTO Rajasthan code list maps each one.
A few common codes
Jaipur uses RJ 14 (South), RJ 45 (North) and RJ 60 (Additional). Jodhpur is RJ 19, Kota RJ 20 and Udaipur RJ 27.
Other meanings
Some people type “RJ list” when looking for Rajasthan recruitment lists. Those are the result PDFs described above, not vehicle codes.
RJ 59 RTO code: which office is it?
The RJ 59 RTO code is placed under Jaipur district, but the sources we checked disagree on the exact office. Some list it as Shahpura and one as a second Jaipur office. Search any RJ 59 vehicle number on Vahan for the registering office.
Why sources disagree
New codes are often added for sub-offices or overflow series. Private lists then copy each other, so one early mistake spreads. The Vahan record is the only reliable answer.
Related Jaipur codes
Jaipur district also has Chomu (RJ 41), Dudu (RJ 47) and a Shahpura office listed as RJ 52. See the full vehicle information hub for national search tools.
